Our team of experienced engineers can assist you with a wide range of steel fabrication services. Over the years we have invested a range of computerised fabrication equipment to help minimise errors and improve accuracy. Not only does this speed up production but can keep costs to a minimum.

Steel bending

The Amada HFE -100-3 has a 3m beam, which allows us to bend up to 3 metres. This machine has a 100 tonne capacity and a 7 axis back gauge, which enables us to manufacture three separate operations on just one machine.

Welding

We have a dedicated site for welding and with our vast array of experience we’re able to offer on-site services for MIG Welding, TIG Welding and spot welding.

This includes the welding of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

CNC hole punching

CNC punching is a very cost effective method of manufacturing sheet metal components. We offer a quick and accurate service with our on-site CNC punch machines with auto index and clamp reposition.

Shearing and cutting

Using our Amada Guillotine with programmable back gauge we are able to cut materials such as mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium up to 5mm thick.
